when i complete the instalation i have a blank page ...why ?

Is your host providing an automated install script? Or did you setup your own database, ftp the files up, and do your own manual install?

i make database white the program of the provider (Cpanel) and i ulpload XOOPS file whit ftp and i instal step by step and at the end the when i clic the link (your site) i have blank page

You may try to enable XOOPS PHPDebug mode and look for errors.
