Hi there

In my newbb forum i need to:

1. move entire threads to other forums
2. move individual posts to other forums

I've done my searching and can see that both are possible by clicking on the admin link twice at which point you'll see:

split | split all children | split all

But if I click on split it says, database updated and returns me to a page listing all the posts ever made, one by one.

For the life of me I can't see any option to 'merge' with a different forum and when I return to the split post, its still there, seemingly unsplit

Can anyone walk me through this as if they were talking to a 2-year old??? Thanks a lot!!

i belive that the split action - makes that post its own topic. and the split children action - will make that post a new thread, and move its children posts also so they are together. and then the split all action - makes every post in the thread/topic.. its own topic
