joined date is wrong

Since: 2005/3/4 1

This has been wrong since I installed XOOPS and migrated my user table. All users have the same date 1969/12/31

I went into the table and manually edited a couple users and it's still not showing right. What do I need to do to make the proper date show up if I change them manually.
