Hotlink block problem during installation...

I'm greeted with this when I start the installation.
Using XOOPS 2.0.18.1 (released 2008/02/20).
Any help appreciated.

Problem was caused by a hotlink blocker at the server. Why it blocks this local request I don't know, doesn't happen on other pages.

(I've corrected the topic tite)
