Secondly, you seem a little confused as to which CMS you're using. XOOPS 2.0.18 is not xoopscube. XOOPS 2.0.18 is what you will have downloaded from this site.

Xoopscube is a separate project (http://www.xoopscube.org/).

Finally, please can you advise as to why you're not able to use xoopsgallery - error messages, etc.
