Note - The following might be complete "bobbins" in your case:
I had this when I first set up my site; you may need to set up a /tmp directory within your webspace and then set the php.ini upload_tmp_dir and session.save_path to point to it. At least, doing this solved my problems.

i'am install XOOPS in my web server . if any one help me to config my server to solved this roblem if the problem with the server ?
