cannot open back website

i have close my website for maintenance .. but when i change to open back form system admin .. there nothing happen ... "taking back to where were you" but XOOPS website still not open (in maintenance mode)

1. try again/ clear cache/clear templates_c/ resubmit
2. or go to phpmyadmin >> yourdbprefix_config ..search for closesite..make sure conf_value is 0 and not 1

thanx.. the problem fixed ... to close back the web .. i must switch it in phpmyadmin .. if throught system admin .. it didn't work
