EXTGallery Not Showing pics

Hi,
has anyone had the problem with the module EXTGallery
not displaying images.
The module is using GD2 which appears to be working fine
however I have noticed that the images are not being copied to the /upload/extgallery folder so this I suspect
is the problem.
The site is hosted on a windows 2003 server and I can't chmod folders.
Any help would eb appreciated...

The fold permissions are set to read only. This needs to be changed for extgallery to work.

You will half to contact your hosting company. If you have access to the folder on your computer. All you do is right click the folder then left click properties. Un check the read only box and save.
