Installing piCal's Features. How do you access the common folder?

When you unpack piCal it has a common folder. Based on the way its packed this common folder should go in your sites root dir.

How do I access the features in the common folder? I see another skin inside the common folder called aqua what do I do with it?

Any other tips would be a great help...
