could you provide a like?
there is not any configuration in the Core for passwords. do you install another module or you just mixed it up with user names?

I use XOOPS 2.2.3 and Extended Profiles Module is set as default for registration there. http://www.xoopssite.com/register.php is redirecting to http://www.xoopssite.com/modules/profile/register.php which acts just like I said it does. Try it at http://www.freelancersupport.com/modules/profile/register.php Please, leave me a message about how I can solve the problem and what you think about it. Thanks in advance.

1- please create one topic for one question.
2- please search before ask

you can not remove {X_UACTLINK} this is needed for members and XOOPS Core calculate it in random.

I've searched about it, but the guy had another problem, the thing he was looking for was in mainfile.php. Anyways I've created a new topic for that question: https://xoops.org/modules/newbb/viewtopic.php?topic_id=62709&post_id=282425#forumpost282425
