Can you break it down a little? Please be specific...

apache / windows version?
xoops version?
php version?
mysql version?

Please list all modules installed along with frameworks version or smartobject???

Not necessary for the modules you listed in your first post. You only need the "trust path" for the "protector" modules and (possibly) other modules written by GIJoe.

I think that your non-reporting of modules problem is caused by uploading the modules' directories nested inside other directories. Not your fault - it's the way that many modules are packaged.

The correct module-directory to upload is the one with xoops_version.php in it.
