I need an Modul wich plays videos in an website similar youtube.com can anyone help me?

it seems SmartMedia is a good choice:

Webshow is the latest media module that does what you are asking. Debaser is also another. SmartMedia is a little lacking IMHO. Good luck.

yeah it seems Webshow has better features, performance and support.
