I can not access to administration of all module, I can login via admin user and open admin page but I can not access to to administration of all module and give me this message: "Sorry you don't have permission to access this area" after transfer site to new server.
When you try to log in the normal "Thank you for logging in" screen appears but is quickly replaced by a "Sorry you don't have permission to access this area" message and then the member is redirected to their profile page. I have several IDs with full webmaster/admin access and all of them are denied as well.
please help me.

Make sure you delete the files from the cache directory, particularly the adminmenu.php file. Also from the templates_c. Leave the index.html file in each though to protect the cache and template files. Also, try the Troubleshooting FAQ and put your site in debug mode.
