Formulize looks like a really great module for automation of internal forms/requests...etc. From what I can tell, there is limited security that can be used. For example, if we wanted to have a Yes/No radio option on a form and have it editable for an administrator, but read-only to the user, this doesn't seem possible. It would need to be visible to both users, but only one group has the option to edit the value. This same concept would apply to other fields as well..textboxes..etc. Has anyone else run into this scenario? Is there another module that anyone has used that has more functionality which you could recommend?

Thanks in advance,

Interesting issue. In 2.3 of Formulize, I think you're right, you could not have an element editable to only one group but visible to more than one. Visible and editable is the same thing in Formulize 2.3.

However, if you go to http://www.freeformsolutions.ca/formulize and click the link to get the files from the FSOSS workshop, and download the XOOPS files from there, the modules folder will contain a more up to date copy of Formulize. You can follow the instructions from the 2.3 readme as far as installation and upgrades go.

In the newer version, there is an option to make a form element disabled for certain groups. That should suit your needs.

Good luck,
