Help: I can't sign in at my website because of PROTECTOR.

When I try to sign in at my website this message appear:
"Protector rejects your post, because your IP is registersd in RBL". WHY???
Note that I'm the admin.!!!

it seems you enable RBL plugin.
go to xoops_trust_path/modules/protector/filters_enabled
and delete the rbl plugin.

The RBL plugin checks the IP address against blacklist directories for IPs that have been registered as spammers. Your address is in one of them.

This also means that you won't be able to look at other XOOPS sites which have Protector installed and the the RBL spam plug-in enabled.

A word with your ISP about it might be in order; it might be that they don't know that they are blacklisted, possibly as the result of a rogue account on their books.

Gijoe describe it in this topic:

it means a general RBL server can not make good results.
and XOOPS should have its own RBL server.
but i think its not a good way to fight with spammers.
this plugin is disable by default so "do not use it" is a simple answer.
