hhttp://xoops-end-user.com/xtxmv7k/user.php

1) Type user.php after the name of your site.
That gives you the login page.

2) type admin.php instead of user.php to get to the administration section.

EXTRA:
I also do a 'save page as' html on my hard-drive; then I have access to login's etc in the event the site goes down and I needed to troubleshoot.

I then upload

the file and its accompaning folder to my site for those times when I have a dreaded blank white page and need to be back up in a hurry. (or get another theme) (I rename the file indexbac.html - ready to rename index.htm when the time comes that I want to use it at the root in place of index.php)

because

Order of hierachy is index.html first then index.htm then index.php -- meaning if you have an index.html you will never get to the index.php by just putting in the site name. (when you learn what this means you will like)

Troubleshooting;

If you can get to the html page then you know it is your XOOPS - if you can't then you know the server is down.

Hope this helps.
