Website Counters?

I don't use them on my sites, but I have a customer that wants to use them on his two sites.

What are people using on their sites?

I try loading IStats 2.2 on my 2.2.x install, but not sure if it is working. No one but me (admin) is on yet. Not sure if it tracks admin or not.

PHP-Stats is a good choice. It's not a module for XOOPS, but it is easy to install and provides good information about your visitors. If you wanted to present it inside the XOOPS interface, you could easily use an empty module and an IFRAME to present the PHP-Stats interface.

I can't help you with 2.2.x branch, but there is code given in the module's "readme" which, when pasted into the footer area of your theme's theme.html should stop admin hits being counted. At least, that's what I understand the code to do.

Got to say that I like istats 2.2 a lot.
