but i think it dont have a uploader
or an option seting up an upload form
or am i wrong ?

Unfortunately, you're wrong.

It would be a nice feature to add in (or add back in...it was in Formulaire, but I think was buggy a few years ago when we started and we didn't have a need for it and basically turned it off...and then integrated with WF-Downloads to make custom forms per category in WF-Downloads) so there's little perceived need for file upload elements in Formulize. But I do think it would be a very handy feature to have.

In the meantime, I'm sure Formulaire does this.

Hi Maydo,
The Liaise module provides custom form creation and includes a file upload element. Liaise file upload allows you to set the file size, allowed extensions and mime type. Files can be sent as email file attachment or uploaded to a directory.

The admin-only module FileManager 3 is also good, but only for trusted admins. Needs a small hack to restrict the upload directory (see my post in the repository comments).
