I am using xoopscontact v1.6 on XOOPS 2.0.10.

Everything worked fine for a couple of years but I've now noticed that this module requires a site vistor to be registered and logged in before they can access the contact form.

I am sure it wasn't like this before and there doesn't seem to be a setting for this in admin.

As far as I am aware there has been no change to my hosting which has php 4.4.7

Can anyone help me diagnose the problem? thanks
