Image with a Hyperlink in a Block

How can i have an image with a link in a block ?
I tried this

Resized Image

but it is not working, any idea how to do the same ?

Since:

Rather than using BB/xoops code, have to tried using "proper" html code and setting the block-type accordingly?

ok, i got it working by selecting "auto formatting" option from content type with the same tags as above.
