I'm planning a reunion. I usually program everything in PHP and mySQL myself and I decided to use a CMS for a change - first time for me but I am liking the idea.

I'd like to make more fields like physical address and current employer, phone numbers.

Also, I'd like to make these fields updateable later by the users and hidden to everyone except the admin and the user.

I've tried to solve this over the past two days.
