Problems with FCKeditor 2.4.3 for XOOPS

I have made this installation:
1) Remove ROOT/class/xoopseditor/FCKeditor from xoopseditor 1.10;
2) Upload the package to ROOT/class/xoopseditor/, the correct structure: ROOT/class/xoopseditor/FCKeditor/formfckeditor.php;
3) Clean up ROOT/cache

But when i select in "newbb" i can´t see any diferent with DHTML.
Have i got to upload something to the module of "newbb"?

I use XOOPS 2.0.16

I had a problem with my computer and i wrote 3 times the same message.

You must edit all your forum and set "HTML permit".

If in a forum the HTML does not become certified, then the FCKeditor is not indicated automatically.
