i have a lot of spam comments that need to be deleted. i have installed xoopscare to help delete them with no luck.

i added some of the words spammers used to my word censor list, but it did not remove the comment spam when i ran xoopscare.

does xoopscare delete old commenst or just prevent new postings? any one have success with xoopscare?
