My Login Button is Hijacked and I can't figure it out

But I can't figure out how my Login button go messed up.

I tried changing back to the default theme, same problem.

Help?!

Your login block is missing the <form> and </form> tags around the input buttons. Upload the default login template and clear templates_c and you should be good

the news article.. 'Military News : Chinese Missiles Could Target U.S. Satellites', 'Popular Mechanics | August 14, 2007' has a form tag in it and not a closing form tag.. that could be the issue.
