if you're gonna post links to files at least post the thread where those links are posted instead of the direct download URL.

users need to be made aware that there could still be a few minor bugs in the above versions and they shouldn't update their live sites with them.

No, these have not been officially released yet. As stated in the thread linked above: "The releases will be announced by the coming weekend if no new bug is found."
