Classifieds module, remove option !! Help !!!!

Preferences: users registered only can publish classified.

Since I remove the option to place "name" and "email" when the classified one is going to publish?, since he is a registered user, who cannot modify this information.

I don't fully understand your question, but you need to be a registered user to add a listing, or modify it.
