Have tried upgrading my current version of XOOPS 2.0.15 with Fantastico to XOOPS 2.0.16 which it then displayed the following:

Upgrading...

Initializing Parameters - Done.
Generating MySQL Backup - Done.
Generating Files Backup - Done.
Copying New Files - Done.

Upgrade completed

Your installation of XOOPS was upgraded.

You must 'UPDATE' the system module and all other modules that you have installed from the module admin section to apply the changes made to template files of these modules.


The issue is I can't access the site now (Redirects as if the page hasn't been found). Any ideas how to fix this?

I can now access my site;

http://sacotechnology.com.au/Portal/user.php

But none of my modules can be found.

Any ideas?
