I can't seem to install XOOPS and run it it does not want to open can any one help i have all the requirements i don't know what to do

Please give us your http address so we can look at the error messages if there are any.

i can't seem to open XOOPS or install it i have the requirement but it is only a bunch of file when i download xoops

Are you trying to install it on a local PC or on a server?

Presumably you have php and and MySQL database available?

I suspect that you need to tell us more......
