Could not connect to the database server.

That's the error.

I have everithing installed, php, sql, apache, ....

Some help please

Maybe some more info like php version, XOOPS version etc. will get you an answer

Unless you can provide a link to a valid XOOPS site, this just appears to be another attempt to SPAM our forums
