restrict access for user.php and similar pages for search engines

Hi,

I would like to disallow indexing all pages in XOOPS main directory (like readpmsg.php,register.php, userinfo.php etc) any advice?

and second question:
I would disallow to see this pages by not registred users (except user.php ofcourse :)), how to do this?
