Ok, so I looked at "Php AddsNew" but it does offer any payment methods.

I'm looking for a simple module that allows people to pay using Paypal and be able to upload their banner to have on my site.

Is there anything that does this?

It seems ridiculous that there are no banner advertisement systems. For some sites this is the ONLY source of revenue.

It would seem like a necessity for any CMS to have this type of module.

Yes exist one rw_banner with outher module commercial. I am not recorded name now, but exist.

Yes I tried RW-Banner but it does not offer any payment/subscription options.

I would like people to be able to pay/contribute to the site if they want to be able to place a banner advertisement on it.
