In the Administration menu there is a section to send email or pm to groups of users. But this is only available to administrators. Is there a way to give this functionality to all users or a module?

In Groups administration (Administration Menu - System - Groups, edit the group you wish to add the ability to mail users. Check the box under System Admin rights to Mail Users. Once users log in, they will have the Admin menu link on their User Menu, which will only give them access to the mail function

I actually already did that but then the users have to click on Administration to send messages. That is not very clear and even though they don't have access to the rest of the administration pages it will still be confusing for them to see all of that. Is there a way to put a link to just this functionality off the main menu or add this to the current pm page?

I installed xmail and it has the functionality I want but it seems much to complex. I don't like how you have to create a message seperate from sending it, this would be way to confusing for users. It there a way to change this?

Does anyone know how to create a new module from the mailusers function in the system admin section? I want to give this function to regular users but I want them to have to go through the admin section. Seems pretty easy but I haven't been able to get it to work.
