Hi

I'm looking for module to support small right block with few tips, messages(max ten lines), like e.g. "Today in Ny will be rain :)" or best funny news from last week.

I will fill this block only one time in the week, but I dont know which module can I use.

Any advice?

You could just use a custom block for this. Or, if you are using News module, you could use one of the blocks from that module and set a specific article each week
