Use totally flash as "Home" for xoops web site, is it possible?

I am thinking to use a flash as my "Home", and then direct to the different pages with links in the flash. Beside the "Home", everything else will just like a normal XOOPS web site.

Have anyone done this? Any suggestion will be appreciated. Thanks.

yeah that's a simple one, you could put the XOOPS install in a sub-directory of your domain, and then have the flash as the main drop page for your site.

Not sure how this would affect your search engine listings, perhaps not at all, if you add non-flash links to the page then it should allow the search engines to follow.

You may also want to check out http://www.myxoops.com - Pod has done some very nice work with XOOPS and Flash.
