I'm not real sure how to explain what I want to do, but I will try my best. I want an external site to open in a frame within my XOOPS site. My external site is a webmail that I have setup (http://webmail.paralox.org) and I'm offering free email on my site and I want the webmail to open up inside of a frame when they click on webmail on the user menu on my XOOPS site. How would I go about doing this? I have no idea even where to start. Please help! I want to try and get this done ASAP!

You are trying to do the same thing as this guy

You are looking to ise an Iframe. Here is a tutorial
http://www.htmlcodetutorial.com/frames/_IFRAME.html

You can put this frame directly into a block or make your own module for it (see the other thread). Hope this helps.

Sorry yes - that would be a more powerful option then my suggestion.
