I was thinking to keep softcopy for my premium group member details.

Is that for me to save the member details into word file?

Besides to export the users table `xoops_users` and clean it up, you can copy your members (use find user) and paste special (as text) at Excel.
Unfortunatelly, if you have a lot of members, you have to do it: [Nr. of members / Nr. of members per page] times! This way you get less data but it is faster.

phpMyAdmin can export a MySQL table in a variety of formats:

CSV
CSV for MS Excel
Microsoft Excel 2000
Microsoft Word 2000
LaTeX
Open Document Spreadsheet
Open Document Text
PDF
SQL
XML

Thank for yours help, i think i just do the copy and paste way. i not really know how to use phpMyAdmin
