In other words, a properly coded theme (and template set) could look completely different to regular browsers, PDAs and screen readers.

i found this at OSWD (open source web design) tested it in a small cell phone browser and it looks very nice.hats off to the desiner, nice work!
CSS works great for layout.Just use percentages instead of em, px or pt.
