I enabled the block to display users online, however when I click the "more" link it says Error on Page in the status. Any ideas what this is and how to fix it?

I take it from no replies that no one has ever had this happen or knows how to fix it. Does anyone know if the Who's Online block works ok? I noticed on my site now there are 2 guests. Im just wondering if thats in fact true or if there is a bug somewhere. Thanks again.

It might help our troubleshooting to have the address of the site where the problem is. I am so new I need to see a problem and try to figure it out. Others with an XOOPS background may be able to give you a better and quicker solution.

the website is http://www.lantz.ws. I am also having problems when I try to private message someone, I get the same message "Error on page".

Your url shows http://www.lantz.ws, yet all your links on that page just show lantz.ws. In your mainfile.php, make sure your XOOPS_URL includes 'www', like this -

define( 'XOOPS_URL', 'http://www.lantz.ws' );

Ok, I got that changed. I dont know how I did it, but I did. Was having problems with the permissions, and fatal errors but bottom line I changed it and it working so Ill go with it. What did I accomplish by changing this?

The information in this FAQ apply in many ways. The difference between url.com and http://www.url.com produces different results.
