Module title graphics [Module usage questions] - XOOPS Web Application System

Does anyone know if a tamplaye exists for these graphics? If so, what would I need to do to get my hands on it? Any help would be appreciated. I have searched this site and googled my heart out with no luck.

Will this work for you?

It's an editable PNG. If you have Fireworks, Photoshop, Gimp, or just about any other major graphics editing software, you can edit the different layers to suite. I've made the corners transparent too.
