hiya, hoping to find an answer somewhere

our site has been with XOOPS for approx 12 months and had minimal probs, used all information boards with no probs, last few weeks I have been trying to update pages but there appears to be no tool bars, I sent a screen shot to our host showing the pages with no tool box,but they sent me one back with a screen shot showing a tool box, I can only assume its my computer, so, my question is, what could be stopping the tool box showing, havent really downloaded any new web tools etc, disabled firewalls and virus scanners, still have no tool box, any help would be appreciated as our racing season starts in 2 weeks and I cant update any pages.
