i hope this is the right forum, i also asked this q. in the smartfactory.ca forum without a luck.


i use xampp on windows xp sp2, using php5.20 + mysql5+apache2 + XOOPS 2.0.16

i don't have a .htaccess file for any purpose.

i did install the smartprofile and smartobject without problem like normal module installation.

And i did same changes in the fields from the modules interface.

But the registration form is still the same old one.
if i loggin and call the new registration.php by hand from the modules folder i can see my new registeration form very well.

Is there any things that needs to be done to make smartprofile activete or the default one.

also i have article module installed so the "Frameworks"
folder i have includes some file from xoops2.2.
Could this cause something.

i have give the "Anonymous Users" group Module Access rights
for Extended Profiles module.
then change register link to modules/smartprofile/register.php

is this the right way ?
