How to set little banners(counters)in the footer part of site ?

I tried to set code of some banners(counters) in index.php and footer.php , but I failed - HELP!

I'm not really clear on what it is you're trying to do. Could you elaborate a little more and post the code you're trying to edit?

Looks like you need to edit the theme.html file in your theme directory. Make the necessary html changes in the footer section of that page.

I supppose you could also code it in the system/pregerences/meta tags and footer page of the admin section.
