Hey, i just installed xoops, and i dont how to change mainfile.php's permissions can any1 help?

The easiest way for me is to use IE6 browser
then type ftp://your.server.information (or web address)
logging into your site. You will be asked for user name and password.

Then you select mainfile.php and right click select properties and check the boxes as I have them checked.

Check all the boxes if you want to make it writeable.
Click ok...

Permissions changed!
