I recently downloaded and installed WF-Downloads.

What I am trying to do is have each user be able to store private files or have the administrator upload files visible to specific users.

However, WF-Downloads seems like you can only assign permissions per group and not user.

Is there any way to do this with a module? Please help.

xoops has not granule per user permissions but there are some modules have that. one of them is "xhelp"(Help Desk module for xoops) that you can useing for many purposes like this one.
