When a user reaches a page that they do not have access to, they get a message that says "you do not have permission to view this page" and then a redirect back to the module home page. Where is this code to determine the redirect location?

Specifically I am talking about icontent. The redirect is to http://mysite.com/modules/icontent/index.php. I would like to change that redirect to http://mysite.com.

Can anyone point me in the right direction for this? Thanks in advance for the help.
