What is the purpose of your site? It was not clear to me in the 30 seconds you get to sell me on staying.

You need to make the reason for your site HUGELY obvious otherwise people will just leave....

Its a verry nice looking setup, but as rabideau said,
whats the porpus of this site?

are you selling the mp3 players? download? support?
what other things draw intrest in to the site?
