I have only been working with XOOPS for about a month. I just built a custom html page, not using a module or anything and i have me theme wrapper built into it. I need to restrict access to this page so that only registered users can access it. Can anyone help me with how i can do this?

Yu should use one of the wrapper modules. I like content 0.5. You may see it at work on the following site:

http://helpxoops.info

All the pages listed in the More About... menu are built using Content 0.5.
