Hi,
I have an existing site that I built in dreamweaver, and I heard good things about XOOPS so I thought Id check it out.

Ive done a search and wasnt able to find an answer to my question, which is a complete noob question, so hopefully someone can help me.

I have absolutely no idea about how XOOPS works and the ammount of information on this site is a little overwhelming. I dont really know where to start.

My question is, can I use a XOOPS module in my existing page? For instance is it possible to put up a Xoopspoll right in the body of my page using dreamweaver?

Or do I have to redesign my site around the XOOPS platform?

Thanks
Ryan

You can either create your site in XOOPS and wrap your dreamweaver pages within XOOPS or... you can call your new XOOPS site from within dreamweaver (you should put your new XOOPS site in that case as a sub domain).
