I don't get Notification after add entry in Formulize 2.2

I don't get Notification after add entry (both admin and submitter).
I set everywhere I can find for this mod, but still no Notification come to either email or PM.

Anyone know what's the problem could be?

Did you make the entry while you were logged in? I have found you don't get notifications for your own entries.

Hi
I get the notifications within the Xoop, but not by email.
I'd like to receive a email notification.

Change your notification option in your profile to email, not private message

hi, I get the notifications by the Xoop notification not PM.
Even if I change to email in profile, I still get notification of Formulize 2.2 in Xoop notification.

I'd like to receive a email notification.

I just noticed that no matter what I set, only admin can get email notification.
The user who submitted an entry never get notifications either by PM or email.

I tried all different Mail Setup and no luck.
I edit the accounts for both user and admin to receive email, and only admin can get email and PM.
I use 2.0.16, no one else use this version and has the same problem as me?

The reg user can get notification email only if I set the permission "set notification for others". But I don't wanna give this permission to reg user.
What should I do?
