am using XOOPS 2.0.7,

xhelp module, at present , it is displaying all the tickets of the department, each and every member of that department can see all the tickets, here he can see others tickets also(same department), here i want to display the own tickets and the tickets logged by that user.

eg:

DEPARTMENT sales

USers exe1,exe2,exe3.

these 3 users belongs to same department (Sales)
now exe1,exe2,exe3 all the tickets of the sales department.

now i want to display the tickets of that user, and the tickets logged by that user.

any suggestions?

xhelp has a granule permission system.
users just can see their own tickets unless you add them as one of the "staff" member in the module admin.
do you see the admin side at all?
